Thickness Cut: Thin gauge sheets through 5.875″ plate can be cut to tight tolerances.
Tolerances: Part tolerance of +/- .005 is standard; tolerances of +/- .003 can be provided for some applications.
Part Consistency: At 60% cut speed, part consistency tolerances are +/- .001
Table Size: 48″ x 96″ (Larger pieces can be accommodated depending on the application)
Taper: Taper is virtually eliminated by dynamic water jet cutting technology
Edge Finish: There is no heat affected zone with waterjet cutting; the edge finish depends on the cutting speed but in the chart you can see what our machine can achieve in 3/8″ Stainless Steel.
