ABOUT US

Rennline Manufacturing, Inc. is located in Milton, Vermont, just minutes north of Burlington, and about 90 minutes south of Montreal, Canada.

Our business has a long history in Vermont, providing a diverse range of services for an equally diverse range of customers. Today, Rennline Manufacturing is a focused waterjet and metal fabrication services company. We have other in-house capabilities and trusted subcontractors in our area that allow us to bid on almost any fabrication or manufacturing project. We currently serve a multitude of industries including (but not limited to): aerospace, defense, automotive, industrial, architecture, agriculture, and signage.

Part of Rennline Manufacturing’s distinct and wide-ranging capabilities were born from its unique Vermont roots. We began making high-end giftware, signage, and point of purchase displays (as Alchemy Studios, and later Alchemy Industries) in Burlington, Vermont, and later Winooski, Vermont. Crafting high volumes of copper and brass products led to the purchase of one of the first waterjet machines in Vermont back in 1997. From there the focus turned to a lifelong passion for motorsport and Porsche automobiles, and Rennline, Inc. was founded in the early 2000’s. During this period, we developed an aftermarket automotive product line while still providing the high-end giftware, signage, and point of purchase displays, all the while adding more capabilities in house.

In 2018, the rights to the automotive brand were separated from the manufacturing business.  During this time Rennline Manufacturing really began to focus on providing waterjet cutting as a service for all industries, especially the aerospace and automotive industries. Continuing and expanding the best in industry waterjet cutting, offering exceptional quality and rapid service.

In the beginning of 2023, Rennline Manufacturing, Inc. was sold to Patrick Gallagher and Michael Bacigalupo. Patrick began working with the company in early 1998 with a focus on waterjet operation, repair, and programming. Over time Patrick’s skills ramped up to include design and product development, as well as daily business operations and shop management. Mike began working with Rennline in 2004 bringing his impressive welding and fabrication skills.  Mike has an extensive background in automotive fabrication, welding, precision fabrication and machining. In 2017 Mike became the shop manager.

Soon after the purchase of Rennline Manufacturing, Inc. in 2023, Patrick and Mike have put a focus on upgrading existing equipment, as well as adding new capabilities to serve our customers with the best in industry quality, service, and turnaround.
